SP+ Memberships are an optional way to save money on multiple visits compared to paying cash-pay prices for each visit. For those without insurance.


All SP+ Memberships are a 12 month membership term.
SP+ memberships are NOT insurance, they are a cash-pay subscription to a primary care healthcare service as defined below.

  • SP+ Membership Benefits:

    • All in-office care (visits, screenings, procedures, and/or POC tests)

    • Premium Care Services ($10/month per patient INCLUDED):

      • Premium Patient Portal Access: View your child’s medical records, eLab results, medications, documents, growth charts immunizations, and more. Anytime.

      • Enhanced Communication: Direct digital messaging (texting) and secure provider messaging (provider initiated)

      • Balance & Payments: View up-to-date balances, get itemized charge receipts, and make payments when necessary (SP+ Members use Member Billing Portal)

      • Sharing & Access: Enable authorized guests access, download patient documents

      • Patient Education: View and download patient education from your provider

    • Sports/Club physicals

    • SP+ Members Only Site

      • Member-only community events - educational & social

      • SP community S.E.R.V.E. opportunities

      • Provider publications, home care product list, blogs, SP created resources, etc

      • Supplement discounts

    • Memberships do NOT include tests, labs, scans, medications, or procedures done off-site

    • All care and scheduling is at the discretion of Sanctuary Pediatrics’ and their providers

    • Free membership applies to lowest cost membership.
