SP+ Memberships are an optional way to save money on multiple visits compared to paying cash each visit or paying the insurance bills required to meet your deductible.


All SP+ Memberships are a 12 month membership term.
SP+ memberships are NOT insurance, rather they are a type of cash-pay subscription to a healthcare service as defined below.

  • SP+ Membership Benefits:

    • All in-office care (visits, screenings, procedures, and/or POC tests)

    • Provider text/messaging access

    • Sports/Club physicals

    • SP+ Members Only Portal (website)

      • Member-only community events - educational & social

      • SP community S.E.R.V.E. opportunities

      • Provider publications, home care product list, blogs, SP created resources, etc

      • Supplement discounts

    • Memberships do NOT include tests, labs, scans, medications, or procedures done off-site

    • All care and scheduling is at the discretion of Sanctuary Pediatrics’ and their providers

  • Insurance add-on Membership Specifics

    • All SP+ Membership Benefits

    • Insurance will be billed for covered well-child & vaccine visits as normal. All other visits will NOT be billed to insurance and therefore SP+ Membership payments and visit will not count towards insurance deductibles. Bills incurred by insurance are not covered by SP+ Membership.

    • Memberships do NOT include tests, labs, scans, medications, or procedures done off-site.

    • Any care costs not included in membership benefits or covered by insurance is the responsibility of the plan holder

  • 4th+ child membership is FREE

    • Only applicable to immediate family members.

    • Free membership applies to lowest cost membership.

    • Sanctuary Pediatrics retains the right to implement or alter the maximum number of free memberships. Reach out with any questions
