Patient Portal Setup Guide

**You will receive a separate email invitation for each child with a link to create your child's Patient Portal login.**

IF you have multiple children that will be seen at Sanctuary Pediatrics, our patient portal only allows one account per email address.

Therefore, in order to use your (parent/guardian) email for multiple children, you must use your email “+childsname” or “+1” or “+2” before the @ sign.

Example: sarasmith89@gmail.com becomes sarasmith89+johnny@gmail.com & sarasmith89+olivia@gmail.com OR sarasmith89+1@gmail.com

This will ensure you receive all emails to your original email account while also allowing you to create a portal account for each child within the system.
